Malcom Gray was kind enough to interview Dan and Oliver in LA as we opened our DTLA shop.
They had a chance to sit down and reflect on the twelve years of collaboration and partnership that went into building the business from an art project that was also a shop that was also a brand that was also a community that was also a philosophy.
How did they create something that allowed them the freedom to be creative on their own terms? What does it take to be an entrepreneur with an artistic core? We explore a bit of that and a lot of the origin story in this episode of Bodega Pirate Radio.
Note: We tried to get all the partners in on this one but Jay was unavailable and will be replaced by sound clips of DMX ad libs in post production.
