If you'd like to make a return, you must complete the return request form. Please read our policies below prior to submitting your request.
1. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of receipt.
2. Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and price tags attached with the original invoice. When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box. Unfortunately we cannot provide return shipping services except in the event of an order error on our part.
3. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment. The original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded.
4. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We also recommend insuring the package for the full amount of value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer (minus original shipping charges, unless otherwise stated).
We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
5. All quickstrike (QS), limited edition, discounted, and brand collaboration products are final sale (no returns, no exchanges) - Any exemptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Bodega.
6. Online orders cannot be returned in-store.
7. Our online return policies only apply to orders placed online at bdgastore.com.
8. We will not accept returns in quantities of 3 or more of the same product.
Lastly, if we made a mistake in processing your order - Apologies! This ONLY includes incorrect or damaged item being shipped. In this case we will also refund your original shipping charge. Please contact email@example.com with your order number and the item number of the merchandise that you received as well as the item you were expecting. We'll send you a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the item is no longer available, we'll credit your original form of payment.
