I just placed an order, but can I modify or edit it?

Unfortunately we are unable to modify or edit an order once placed. If you have a cancelation request or need further clarification, please utilize the contact form.

Unfortunately we are unable to modify, edit, or cancel an order once it is placed. Please refer to our Return Policy for applicable orders once received.

Where is my online order being shipped from?

Orders are processed at our east coast and west coast warehouse locations. Some orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses based on inventory location.

How do I know when my order has shipped out?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard. Please utilize the contact form for any questions or requests regarding shipping methods, or address changes. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:

Can I place an order online and do an in-store pickup?

We do not offer in-store pickup currently.

How we determine sales tax

Sales tax is a combined total of state, county, city, and district tax rates. These rates are based on either the shipment-origin address, or the ship-to address, as dictated by each state’s tax law. For your convenience, our system will calculate these amounts for you at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns for online purchases may be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and price tags attached with the original invoice. When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box. Unfortunately we cannot provide return shipping services except in the event of an order error. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs.

Please note that the original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We also recommend insuring the package for the full amount of value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer – which does not include the original cost of postage and packaging.

We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

*Our online return policy applies ONLY to orders placed on bdgastore.com - Please refer to physical sales receipt for details regarding in-store purchases and the in-store return policy.

*Online orders cannot be returned in-store.

*We will not accept returns in quantities of 3 or more of the same product.

*Sale products purchased from our Sale section are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. This does not apply to products purchased with a discount code, unless product happens to also be a Sale item in our Sale section.*QS products returned to sender cannot be refunded or reshipped.

*Items must be packaged in shipping box. We will not accept returns sent back with product packaging as shipping package.

How do I submit a return request?

Shipping

Domestic US shipping & delivery

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

US territories using P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority.

Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled.The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimated delivery times of Domestic US orders:1-5 business days for fulfillment and 1-5 business days for shipping.Please note, delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame. International shipping & delivery

International shipments are all via UPS unless it is a US military address (which is shipped via USPS Priority).

For International Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender (Bodega), we are under no obligation to issue a refund and you forfeit the items.

The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times for international orders:1-5 business days for fulfillment and 3-7 business days for shipping.

All other countries: UPS Expedited / 3 – 7 business days

US Military Address: USPS Priority / 4 - 7 business days

We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

Bodega ships worldwide, however we are currently unable to ship to Algeria, Belarus, Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Quebec, Romania, Tunisia, Turkey, or Ukraine. We do not ship to Russia. We cannot ship Nike or Air Jordan products outside of the domestic US.

Should you wish to return your International order, please note that Bodega does not offer reimbursement of the prepaid customs/duties upon return, since it is remitted to the local customs agency directly. The customer will have to contact the agency for further assistance in receiving such reimbursement.

Upon transfer of our outbound orders to one of our carriers, the carrier assumes responsibility for the safe delivery.Please email support@bdgastore.com if you have any additional inquiries and we'd be happy to help.

International taxes and customs

International shipments are all via UPS unless it is a US military address (which is shipped via USPS Priority).

We would like to take this moment to explain about what happens when you place an International Order with us here at Bodega. When you order internationally, not only do you pay for the item/s and our shipping rate for the item/s to get to you, you are additionally responsible for the destination country's international tariff fees which we cannot predict. You are responsible for the international tariff fees and if you refuse to pay them upon receiving the package, it will then be sent back to us (or placed in abandonment) and you will forfeit not only the item but all fees paid to Bodega, including the cost of item/s.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment in addition to PayPal, Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay. Please note: Registration with PayPal is NOT required

Promo/Discount codes

During specified times we have promotional sales that require promo/discount codes which must be applied manually during checkout. All promotional sale and discount code information will be clearly messaged during the sale via bdgastore.com, our email newsletter, and our social media channels. Please note: Discount codes are only valid during the specified timeframe and certain exclusions apply including but not limited to Acronym, BODE, Bodega (current season), Kapital, Moncler, Stone Island, New Balance, Birkenstock and quickstrike products. If no discount applies during checkout, one or more items in your cart are restricted. In the case of a free shipping discount, if no discount applies during checkout, you have not reached the free shipping threshold or you are shipping outside of the designated region the discount applies to. Does my store credit expire?

Once we credit your account, it does not expire. Keep in mind online store credit would only apply online and in-store credit would only apply in-store. To redeem your credit for online purchase contact us at info@bdgastore.com. For in-store credit you must come in to the store to redeem your credit.

Product

How do I measure myself for apparel sizing?

You will need measuring tape, something to write down your measurements, a little patience, and in some cases, someone to assist you.

Head: Wrap the measuring tape around your head at its widest point, generally about a centimeter above the tip of your ears.

Chest: Your chest circumference is also measured at its largest point. Wrap the measuring tape around yourself horizontally and make sure to inhale about half-way.

Waist: Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, where you’d normally wear your pants. Make sure to keep a finger between the tape and your body to leave a little bit of slack.

Inseam: To measure your inseam, or leg length, have someone measure along the inside of your leg, from crotch to heel.

Raffles & Releases

How does the raffle process work?

Bodega employs the practice of randomized computer-generated raffles to ensure the public of a completely fair chance of winning the opportunity to purchase a quickstrike release.

Our in-store raffles are hosted at both our Boston or Los Angeles location and entrants must physically enter the raffle via our in-store tablet or designated computer device/s. Raffle hours and further details are included in the descriptions of quickstrike products on the “Releases” page of our site bdgastore.com. 1 entry per person.

Our online raffles are hosted on individual quickstrike product posts on the Releases page of our site bdgastore.com. There will be a widget at the top of the page specifically for entering raffles, as well as additional release info.

In the case in which we have an in-store AND online raffle running similatenously for a quickstrike product, you are welcome to enter both to increase your chances of winning.

Each location (LA, Boston, online) will have their own batches of winners pulled.

Once the raffle is over, the winners will receive an email notification to reserve their product to pruchase.

If you won the online raffle, you then have until midnight of the actual release date to pay the direct invoice you will be sent via email as a winner.

If you have won the in-store raffle, you have until the end of the release date posted to pick up in-store with proper picture ID

*Bodega has the sole right to use discretion if there is an unforeseen circumstance with a winner

Giveaways

Hidden codes

Occasionally we will run a "Hidden Codes" giveaway contest. These codes are equivalent to store credit and can be input in the promo/gift code field during checkout. The codes are first come, first served which means one customer or several can use up the code until there's no value left, depending on how fast they checkout. It's all about the luck of the draw.

Codes can be hidden anywhere from photos, product descriptions, editorials, upcoming releases, terms and conditions, etc. - they are either words or generated codes. If people are taking a while to find them we give out clues via twitter. It normally takes around 5 hours for all 3 codes to be discovered.

We reward customers at random by putting "Golden Tickets" into their online orders or running Golden Ticket giveaways.
