South Korean streetwear brand thisisneverthat celebrates their first Converse collaboration with a capsule collection consisting of two sneaker styles, accompanied by various apparel and accessories. Inspired by “new vintage” rooted in the casual cool of the 1990s, thisisneverthat reinterprets the One Star Ox and the Chuck Taylor using design techniques that give off a well-worn look while a Jacket, Hooded Fleece, woven pants and two beanies with retro-looking cobranding complete the collection. 

thisisneverthat's take on the Chuck Taylor uses an off-white hairy suede upper and the illusion of a discolored midsole to give off a lived-in feel. A canvas stripe runs up the heel while a retro-styled, co-branded, embroidered tag appears on the tongue. Co-branding appears again in simple typeface again at the top of the midsole to complete the look.
