LA’s ROKIT once again teams up with Converse, this time for a collaborative capsule celebrating the diversity of Los Angeles with a dedicated focus on the streetball and skateboarding subcultures that were born, and still exist, on those streets. 

Utilizing the classic Chuck 70 HI, ROKIT tweaks the iconic silhouette, giving it a mixed material makeover that alternates between textured ripstop and canvas with taped seams separating the two. The all-black upper gets a stark contrast from the white midsole and toe cap, while ROKIT’s signature orange dot is embossed along the edge. The tribute to LA is further spelled out on the tongue with the words  “Los Angeles 2020, dedicated to those forever unbroken,” and again on the translucent outsoles that include a map of the city.
