Full Court Press is an expression of creator Kumasi Sadiki’s passion for the ’90s and millennial-era sports and music. These twin muses are combined with a keen sense of vintage style graphics influenced by the era’s publishing design, another longtime passion of Sadiki’s. The end result is simple: a visual love letter to an era that provided the foundations for streetwear and popular culture as we know them today, that can be appreciated by new recruits and longtime loyalists alike.
Sun Ra was more than a legendary jazz composer, artist, and alien from Saturn. Through his avant-garde sound, theatrics, and prolific catalogue, he inspires creatives, to this day to do the impossible, just like the Ra Tee says.
