This is the idea driving Stepney Workers Club (S.W.C.), an East London brand returning traditional sneaker values like vulcanization and timeless overall design to the unisex footwear market. But that's not to say its handshake logo, which is subtly weaved into each design is a push over. In fact this waxed stamp of approval on the letter of 'what versatile footwear should be' can be thought of as a call for inclusivity, unity, and a communal appreciation of classic kicks.
The PEARL S-STRIKE calls back to the tennis sneaker takeover of the 1960s and 1970s but with a little skate show thrown in for good measure.
