These limited edition designs were created by BCH patients, alongside Saucony designers and developers, and reflect the individual passions and inspirations of their child creators.

Proceeds benefit the Boston Children's Hospital Cardiac Fitness Program, which offers individually tailored exercise programs to patients with congenital heart conditions.
