For the uninitiated, Karhu is Finland’s flagship sneaker manufacturer and a legendary name in the world of athletics.
Running in Finland’s outdoor conditions takes dedication, and shoes to match. With autumn on the way, Karhu have brought new colorways of their top of the line tech runner out of their vaults, the Fusion 2.0.
As part of the "All Around" Pack, Karhu draws its latest inspiration from a recently uncovered Karhu Olympic decathlon installation dating back to 1939. With a slight redesign of the 1996 classic, Karhu brings a streamlined silhouette to the support and cushioning technology of the original. An upper constructed of various mesh and suede, along with hiking style rope laces and 3m reflective detailing, the Fusion 2.0 has a sharp, casual look that’s as at home on asphalt as it is on the trail. This white and grey colorway comes with a pop of seafoam green on the side paneled branding, and a special, modernized version of that original decathlon installation appears on the footbed.
