What started out as the signature brand of tennis legend Fred Perry, rose to iconic status around the world thanks to its strong association with generations of British youth subcultures. Skinheads, mods, soul boys, teddy boys, and casuals have all proudly sported Fred Perry, even when they were brawling with each other from Belfast to Dover. Fred Perry’s new Laurel Wreath footwear collection reflects this timeless, refined aesthetic. The chukka-style Hawley and the Teddy Boy inspired, Linden feature suede uppers and vulcanized, crepe-effect rubber soles, while the twill Newstead is a slim, chic, sporting interpretation of classic dress shoe styles, such as the Derby and Oxford.
