With a name straight out of the Italian Alps, back in '82, if you were looking for Gramicci's HQ, you wouldn't be looking up Northern Italy on your map but Ventura, California. Started in a garage because of course it was, Mike Graham's vision to create the first true climbing shorts for him and his rock-climbing friends would eventually grow into a line of outdoor-centric gear that quickly spread far beyond the ascents and descents of Yosemite, growing a following amongst skaters, surfers and eventually anyone in need if hardwearing clothing that prioritized free-range of movement and modern style.
