The Air Jordan 8 is chock full of historical significance. Originally released in 1993, the Jordan 8 marked the end of MJ's original run with the Chicago Bulls. It was also the first Jordan model that did not sport the Nike Swoosh. With a chenille Jumpman logo patch at the tongue, a Jumpman logo at the sole, and a number 23 on the 8's signature cross straps, the branding is exclusively Jordan.
Perforated leather underlays, leather, lockdown fit cross straps, graphic emblazoned TPU paneling and a ridged heel make for an especially bold, early '90s design. The 'beetroot' Air Jordan 8 opts for a classy, minimalist look, allowing the distinctive physical features of the Jordan 8 to shine with a white, accented by the titular shade of burgundy colorway.
