KING INDOOR

The story of the PUMA King Indoor begins just shy of 60 years ago, in 1966, when it started life as a proper football boot laced up by some of the game's brightest stars. As its reign continued year after year, decade after decade, so did the demand for a version that could - you know - be worn off the field. Studs do not take too kindly to asphalt after all. 

This is where the PUMA King Indoor gets subbed in. Released in 1999, this turf titan became a quick favorite amongst street ballers and indoor players alike thanks to its balance of support, padding, grip, and naturally, its easygoing look.

With the perfect storm of qualifications, this is how the King became 'king of the hill' off-pitch, adapting to a growing street style movement, effortlessly. And after a strong run, in 2015, the Indoor took a bow to reminisce on a career well played and a life well lived.

Until of course, it got tired of the sideline.
