Nike’s full-fledged revival of the All Conditions Gear range has emphasized the ACG mantra, all conditions means all conditions. In somewhat less abstract terms, Nike has been encouraging users to resist the urge to keep ACG pieces behind the protective bubble of ‘fashion,’ and actually use them for the outdooring activities they were expressly designed for.
Introduced as part of the Autumn/Winter 2019 All Conditions Gear collection, the Zoom Terra Zaherra is a new silhouette with something of a retro mindset, namely a pre-Gore-Tex approach to water repellency.
A hiking boot shape featuring a nylon upper with ballistic mesh mudguard, for a rugged, technical feel, the Zoom Terra Zaherra equips itself to head off road with a water resistant neoprene bootie, DWR (durable water repellent) backing, a speckled midsole and tread outsole. A black, rush pink and racer blue colorway offers a classic, straight out of the origins of ACG sense of style.
