Serious runners and running shoe enthusiasts are already well acquainted with Karhu, but for the uninitiated, Finland’s flagship sneaker manufacturer is a legendary name in the world of athletics.

Running in Finland’s outdoor conditions takes dedication, and shoes to match. With spring on the way, Karhu have brought new colorways of their top of the line tech runner out of their vaults, the Fusion 2.0.

This reworked version of the 96 classic brings a streamlined silhouette to the support and cushioning technology of the original. An upper construction of mesh and suede along with the hiking style laces, and 3m reflective detailing create a sharp, casual look that’s as at home on asphalt as it is on the trail.

Their "Shinrin Yoku" pack, which roughly translates to 'forest bath' was created to encourage people to get out into nature and let it wash over them, shedding the stresses of everyday life in the process. In addition to color schemes plucked from the natural world, Karhu has partnered with the German non-profit organization PLANT-MY-TREE® for this release to fund the planting of new forests.
